We are seeking an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant to join our team in our Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Myerstown locations.

Our ideal candidate is a CPA or an EA. We’re looking for a tech-savvy accountant who is comfortable with fully integrated software and paperless processes. Experience with Thomson UltraTax and other Thomson products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing clients with proper quarterly tax planning
• Preparing individual, fiduciary, corporate, and partnership income tax returns
• Reviewing monthly financial statements
• Preparing and reviewing quarterly and year-end payroll tax returns
• Establishing big-picture strategies for small businesses and considering innovative business solutions for business conflict

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team in our Mechanicsburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, and Ephrata locations.

Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and tech-savvy with experience in data entry, filing, and scanning—and is available Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M.

You will be responsible for full-cycle accounting duties, including:

• Coding and entering vendor expense invoices
• Accounts payable and receivables
• Bookkeeping for monthly and quarterly clients using QuickBooks^®
• Preparation of monthly bank account reconciliations and filing of sales tax returns
• Preparation of financial statements
• General correspondence and reports
• Assisting Accountants with client projects

High school diploma required, experience with QuickBooks^® and Microsoft^® Office Suite required.
