Meet MaryAnne Reynolds

Partner, PHR®, PCM®, CDMP

MaryAnne Reynolds is a Partner at Gift CPAs where she leads the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and culture initiatives. Known for her ability to connect people, organizations, and ideas, she plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s relationships with clients, team members, and the communities it serves throughout Central Pennsylvania.

With nearly two decades of experience in marketing, communications, and business development within the financial services industry, MaryAnne focuses on elevating brand strategy, fostering meaningful partnerships, and creating connections that support both business growth and community impact. Her work centers on aligning the firm’s mission with the needs of the region while cultivating relationships that drive long-term success.

MaryAnne joined Gift CPAs in 2016 as Marketing Director and became a Partner in 2021. In her role, she oversees the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, digital presence, community engagement, and internal culture development. She is passionate about building organizations where people feel connected, supported, and inspired to do their best work.

MaryAnne holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is dual certified as a Professional Certified Marketer (PCM®) through the American Marketing Association and a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) through the Digital Marketing Institute.

A strong believer in servant leadership, MaryAnne dedicates significant time to community service and nonprofit leadership across the region. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC and remains actively engaged with Leadership Harrisburg Area, mentoring emerging leaders and supporting programs designed to strengthen community leadership. She has also volunteered as a coach and mentor with Girls on the Run, helping young girls build confidence, leadership skills, and resilience.

MaryAnne is also a driving force behind several community fundraising initiatives. She co-founded the Drive for Heartbeats Golf Scramble, which raises funds to place life-saving AEDs in local parks and community spaces through the Peyton Walker Foundation. She also serves on the planning committee for the Wish Upon a Food Truck Festival, a large-scale community event benefiting Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley.

Her commitment to community impact has earned her several recognitions, including the Karen F. Snider Women in Philanthropy Award, presented by The Foundation for Enhancing Communities. The award recognizes women in South Central Pennsylvania who have made significant contributions to philanthropy and demonstrated leadership in improving the lives of women and girls.

MaryAnne was also honored with the inaugural Luminary Shining Star Award from the West Shore Chamber of Commerce, recognizing emerging leaders making a meaningful difference in the community.

She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Harrisburg Area Community College and Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Management from Penn State Harrisburg. She is a graduate of the Leadership Harrisburg Area Community Leadership Series (Class of 2014) and is currently a member of the Executive Leadership Series, Class of 2026, through Leadership Harrisburg Area.

Outside of the office, MaryAnne enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling, golfing, volunteering, and bringing people together around causes that strengthen and uplift the community.
