Meet Samantha Walton

Samantha Walton joined Gift CPAs in 2023 and brings a wealth of experience and passion for accounting to her role. From an early age, Samantha’s love for math led her to explore accounting courses in high school, where she discovered her calling. She pursued her accounting degree at the University of Delaware and gained extensive experience in public accounting, working on taxes, audits, reviews, and compilations for seven years. After a five-year stint in private accounting, Samantha realized her heart was in public accounting and made her way back to it.

Samantha takes pride in helping clients understand their financial position and save money. She is known for her dedication to delving deep into clients’ books to grasp the intricacies of their businesses. Her approach combines professionalism with a personal touch, ensuring she understands her clients’ goals and provides tailored advice to achieve them.

Clients appreciate Samantha’s strong communication skills and the genuine interaction she brings to each engagement. She stays updated with the latest trends in the accounting field through Continuing Professional Education (CPE) and staying abreast of new regulations and rules.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her kids, working out, and indulging in Disney and amusement parks. She finds relaxation and balance through family activities and exercise. Samantha is passionate about making a positive impact on her clients’ financial well-being and finds great fulfillment in her work at Gift CPAs.
