Relationship Manager

Gift CPAs of Lancaster, Akron, and Myerstown, PA is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. Are you passionate about small businesses and their success? Do you love connecting with business owners and building strategic partnerships within the community?

As a Relationship Manager, you will work closely with our entire firm to accomplish this mission every single day.

Depending on your experience, you will receive a generous base salary plus commission and bonuses. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• An Entrepreneurial Mindset!
• Strong experience in B2B sales, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Four-year college degree in business is preferred but not required.
• A Winner! History of achievement throughout various stages of life. Proven track record of success through honors, awards, and promotions.
• Effective communicator with strong business acumen and the ability to engage with small business owners and C-suite executives.
• Experience with CRM tools preferred.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Sell outsourced bookkeeping, accounting, and tax services to small businesses.
• Assess prospects’ businesses then identify our services that best meet their needs.
• Work deals through a clearly defined sales process to close.
• Build strategic partnerships in the local business community. (Attorneys, Bankers, 401K Brokers, Insurance Brokers, etc.)
• Constantly be a Brand Ambassador for our firm by attending networking events, strategic meetings, and tradeshows.
• Achieve set targets and work towards sales deadlines on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Continuously collaborate with all departments to make improvements and maximize sales results.
• Plan and implement organizational strategies to achieve the growth goals of Gift CPAs.
